How merchant onboarding works
Acquiring and compliance are handled by your member bank, not through a self-service form on this site. That keeps Know Your Customer (KYC), pricing, and terminal or gateway setup aligned with local regulation and your bank’s policies.
- Select the member bank that will acquire your card transactions (often the bank where you hold your business account).
- Submit an enquiry — we email the bank’s onboarding desk with your details, or open your mail app with a ready-made template.
- Complete the bank’s merchant application pack; they provision ZimSwitch acceptance and credentials.
- Once approved, your bank links you to ZimSwitch Online for e-commerce and API integrations.
